We adopt several cutting edge technologies and processes in order to deliver the most accurate test results to you:

  • Full Next Generation Sequencing of entire genes. Usually this technology is used for carrier testing such as Hereditary Cancer risk analysis
  • Gene Chip arrays, using Omni Express on the Illumina HiScan platform. Used for tests such as carrier testing of curated pathogenic mutations leading to hereditary rare diseases, and other tests such as pharmacogenetics services.
  • PCR-based genotyping for a wide array of panels.
  • Sanger sequencing is used to confirm positive mutations in carrier testing, both when using Chip Arrays and Next Generation Sequencing.
